Do I need to take the SAT to get into Notre Dame?

Notre Dame is my top college I’m looking to get into. I’m wondering if I can just rely on my ACT scores to get in. Is Notre Dame more reliant on ACT scores like a lot of colleges nowadays, or is it pretty even when it comes to both the tests. For example, if I’m looking at getting a 32+, I think that I would be good with that score and I wouldn’t need to take the SAT to make up a lower score.

Either is fine. Really.

ALL colleges accept either the ACT or the SAT. You are fine.

You definitely do not need to take the SAT to be admitted to Notre Dame. However, Notre Dame admission is fairly competitive. The mid 50% ACT score of last years class was 32 to 34. If you score a 32 on the ACT as you predict, that would be at the 25% percentile for last years class. You might think about taking the SAT. Some people do considerably better on one or the other test. It could end up helping you.
