Do i need to take them?

Right now i'am just wondering if to apply to schools that want sat subject tests(which are ivy leagues)
but lets say you don't do them but you do everything else, would colleges that want sat subjects tests but get everything else, still consider you with them in the application?

I mean i don't wanna pay for them and could i go on fine as in still be considered?

If it is a requirement as part of their application, than you must fulfill that requirement; otherwise, your application will be incomplete.

That being said, if this is a case where paying for the tests might cause you financial hardship, you can always get a fee waiver.

If you don’t submit a required part of the application, you will in general not be considered. It is POSSIBLE to get the admissions staff to waive the requirement, but “I just didn’t want to pay for them” isn’t going to be enough of a reason.

Yale had over 22,000 people apply for 2,000 slots. Those 22,000 people (presumably) took the SAT IIs to fulfill the application requirements. Do you think they’ll waive that for you?
