I asked my admissions officer to upload it on my behalf since my portal was glitching and he said he will be sure to add my LOCI and email (where I explained my situation and asked him add my LOCI on my behalf) to my file. But now, three weeks after, my portal is working again, should I upload my LOCI to my portal in case there’s a possibility that he forgets? I don’t want to be annoying or anything
