Do I qualify as a lower level transfer?

Hey guys, so last week I applied to USF as a transfers I have done one semester of college and at the end of this semester I will have 24 credits. What I wanted to know was that I have 23 IB credits from high school and I wanted to know if those court as well becaus I know you have to have 30 to be considered lower level. With the IB credits, I'll have 47 credits at the end of this semester. So any one know if I have a chance at getting in?

You should be fine. Here’s what USF’s undergraduate catalog states on page 25 about IB credits at USF:

Recognition of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. Students who earn the IB Diploma will be
awarded 30 semester hours of college credit and sophomore standing. Credit for standard level exams with a score of 4 or higher may be awarded to those students who do not earn the IB diploma.
