Do I really have to take a science subject test?

I'm applying to CIT with 33 ACT, 4.22 GPA, top 5%, and APs in Calculus AB,BC, Chemistry, and Biology and others. For some reason i didn't take a science subject test. I took math 2 (790), USH (710), and literature (600 .. epic fail).

I just read that a either chemistry or biology subject test is required. However, I really don't want to take one of those. I've taken 3 honors science courses (physics, chemistry, biology) and will take 2 APs in bio and chem.

Basically, will they reject me because i didn't take a science subject test or will it significantly hurt my chances of acceptance?

Yes, you should take the test. You may need it for other engineering schools as well.

According to their site you need to have either Physics or Chemistry for CIT.
