Do I send my mid-term report or do I give it to my school to send?

I know the college report has to be sent by my school but does the mid-term report have to be sent by them as well? Or can I send that myself?

I took a picture of mine and emailed it to the transfer admission’s office. They accepted it.

You probably want to scan the midterm report and submit it to admission’s office through email.
