Do I send the results from both times I took the ACT?

I took the ACT twice and both times I got the same composite score. The second time I improved in every area except math..which I went down 6 points. Should I send both sets to show that I did in fact do well on the math section the first time?

For many schools, they will want you to send one score “officially” from the ACT, but will accept “unofficial” reports of your scores on the Common App. This is to save you many, b/c unlike the SAT, ACT makes you pay for every test that you send!

Check the policies for the schools that you are applying/thinking about applying though. They might be different.
