Do I stand a chance of being accepted as a transfer

Hi I am currently at the end of my sophomore year of college and have quite a few concerns lately. I attend a small private university and am very concerned I am not going to be well enough prepared for the business world once I graduate. I originally planned on transferring out after my freshman year but became to comfortable and ended up slacking off with classes so my grades were not where they needed to be as well as my university not offering me much support academically. The professors here are not very good either, there are some that are great but for the majority they are not that good. My second year of college is better, I have completely turned around my grades second semester of sophomore year, however I will probably end up with around a 2.7 cumulative G.P.A. due to my first year and first semester of sophomore year. I would really like to transfer to University of San Francisco or Chapman University however I fear my grades are nowhere near where they should be to be accepted somewhere like that. I want to graduate from a prestigious university and I really think that if I attended a school like that I would have a lot better chance being successful academically due to the amount of support schools like that offer. My question is, do I stand a chance of getting into either of those universities for spring semester next year, and what should I do to increase my chances between now and the admission deadline? I really feel like I have trapped myself and I don’t want that to be the case I have to get out of here. Please any advice would be very helpful.
