Do I stand a chance?

Hey everyone. I am really interested in medicine and Johns Hopkins University is supposed to be very strong in that particualr field. I am aware that their Biomed engineering program is very competitive to get into, but I was curious of knowing whether or not my stats make me a possible candidate. I go to the largest prep school in America and the competition is pretty tough. Anyways, if anyone could tell me what they think I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

-SAT I: 1430
-SAT II: Chem(670), Physics(750), Math IIC(780), Writing(720)
-GPA: 3.5 UW approximately

AP/Honors classes:
-Chemistry Honors
-American Literature Honors
-Senior English Honors
-AP U.S History
-AP Physics B
-AP Biology
-AP Calculus AB
-Japanese V Honors
-College Chemistry @UCLA summer school

EC's(So-So):
-Class Secretary (2nd year)
-25 hours of volunteer work at Shriner's Hospital during summer
-Debate (3rd year); State contender

Your stats and such seem fine, i suppose, but JHU looks a lot more at intangibles (essays, recs, personal skills) and your EC's seem a little lacking. But if your intangibles are good, i say you have a good chance.

It seems like you have a great chance
