Do I stand a freaking chance?

AHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
this is so frustrating.
I applied in november for EA and was put to RD pool because of one missing doc.
I had everything in by Jan and still haven't heard back.
Michigan has always been my first choice and is still and its the only college I haven't heard back so I just can't commit to any other college yet.
My stats are 3.7~8 uw with single highest 1950, superscored 2000+. I applied to LSA and I am an international student. Should I just give up? Will I likely to be rejected because I've been checking WA many times a day for 6 months now. Is the rejection what I am going to get after all that waiting?
Help me out please, I am so frustrated and I know many of you are on the same boat but Michigan is my first first choice UGH!

honestly at this point no one knows for sure. lots of us are waiting. Umich is also my first choice and my stats are similar to yours just a bit higher and i’m not international but i live abroad so i really am in the same boat as you. we just have to wait final decisions will probably be out this week or the beginning of next week at the latest.

Sorry for the wait. You should hear back from Umich in less than week or so. You’re stats look great; don’t lose hope!

Having waited this long, you’re probably gonna get wait listed. If you accept the wait list though, you’d probably have a better chance than in-state students since you have to pay more cash.

^
I don’t think that’s true.

oh I hope not…I would rather be rejected than to be waitlisted…omg.

I know I am going to wait and expect for an acceptance if I get waitlisted and when I don’t get accepted then, I will just blow up. I’d rather be rejected and if I am going to be rejected I’d rather be rejected now than later. This is so sad.

I hope you get in…but I remember reading last year posts on this forum, and I think EVERYONE who posted got wait listed on April 15th. I didn’t read ANY acceptances or rejections.

Anyways this is just based on what I read here last year. I could be completely wrong so good luck!
