I'm looking to transfer for fall 2007. I'm attending a CC now in Florida and will be graduating in the spring of '07 with my AA. I have a 3.69 now with a year to bring it up, what I can. I'm a member of Phi Theta Kappa a CC honor society (not sure if that matters) I do community service and work part-time. I took time off after high school to travel; I knew I didn't want to go to college yet. My high school grades aren't awful, but they aren't stellar either. My dream school is UNC-CH so I'm wondering what anyone's in put would be about my chances at getting in. I know I could go to school anywhere in Florida but I don't want to stay here. I'd love any advice and to know what everyone's thoughts are. Thanks so much in advance I really appreciate it.

what are your SAT or ACT scores?

No lauging now I was a jock and my focus was not on academics. A 1200

I was told though that since I'd be a junior transfer I wouldn't have to submit my SAT scores.

a 1200 is pretty good.

anyways, you have a great shot at UNC. just bring that gpa up a lil bit :]

Thanks I'll keep my fingers crossed!
