Do I still have a chance at the OOS tuition waiver?

<p>I recently received an e-mail stating that I was not accepted to the Calhoun Honors College. I have a 3.8 GPA at a non-ranking competitive private school and a 1470/2190 SAT with a 34 ACT.</p>

<p>So do I still have a shot at the OOS waiver? Going to Clemson isn't really a financial possibility for my family unless I get it.</p>

<p>I guess what I'm asking is, can I get the waiver without being accepted to the honors college?</p>

<p>yes you do. I know people who have gotten the OOS waiver yet have been rejected from the honors college</p>
