I just recently applied to UMich. I have a 4.0uw, 2090sati 740,730,650(retook 1/28) satiis, many many strong ECs/ awards and research experience. (I've put up a couple other posts)/ I think the only thing that could hurt me this late in the game is my sat score.. Do I still have a fair chance of making it into the engineering school? I know, I know I should've applied earlier, but I only recently decided to apply so it wasn't out of laziness. Any opinions?

I would say that you definetly still got a chance...your gpa/sat/etc are all pretty good...if your out of state your chances will be diminished though...but on the whole i'd prob say that your a match/slightly less than a match.

4.0 unweighed GPA with a 1470 on the SAT (I asssume the 650 you got was on the W section, which Michigan doesn't count)? Yeah, you are most likely in, no matter when you apply.

ohh no sorry those were my satiis. I retook biology on the 28th. I got a 1420 on the sat i : 730v, 690m and for writing i got a 670. I hope it wouldn't make TOO much of a difference... although I still wish I had broken that 700 barrier for math because I'm good at calculus! AH NUMBER THEORY YOu ARE MY NEMESIS
