Do I still have a shot at UC BERKELY or Stanford?

i am a rising junior and I wanted to know if i still had a shot at UCB or Stanford, or even these colleges: UCLA, USC, UCI, UCSD. Unlike everyone else on this website, unfourtunately i do not have a 4.0. I ended with around a 3.6 unweighted gpa at the end of 10th grade wtih 1 AP ( B/B) , 3 Honors ( A's all semesters except for a B second semester of Spanish) , and 2 CP( math(A/A) and sci (B/A)). I am a very rigourous swimmer, and officially joined the team in my area in 7th grade. I have just started volunteering at this place near my house, and plan to continue until i have about 100 hours( 20 right now). I am planning to join two to three clubs next year and hopefully hold a leadership postion by senior year.I joined an SAT prep class and i have about 3.5 months to prepare for the sat with a 1900 right about now( they said that they make their tests harder than normal so i am at 2050 but i am not 100 percent sure). I know there are a lot more to college admissions than gpa and sats and extracirriculars sush as the essay. i just wanted to know if i am still in the running and if so, how can i improve my chances to get in. I am kind of new to this so please help=)

Also, I think knowing how to correct spell the name of your intended school will drastically improve your chances.
