Do I still have a shot?

Hi, I’m a senior in NY, and I was wondering if I still have a shot at the top colleges.
I have pretty high grades senior year 95+in all AP/advanced, but in AP Calc, I have a 81 average right now and the quarter is almost over. Are teacher doesn’t care about grades anymore since we are seniors so her tests are really hard :/. Do I still have a shot at like John Hopkins, Brown, Washu, etc?

Act:34
Sat:1520
GPA: 96 UW 98 W
SAT 2: Bio 700 Chem 710 Math 2 770
ECs: I don’t feel like listing all but the top would be cancer research at Mount Sinai, Ambulance Corp, Bassoon, Robotics…
Do you guys think I still have a chance because of that math grade? Let me know thanks.

Do you have a shot? Yes. A great one —no. Look at the acceptance %s. The reason certain colleges are selective is because they don’t take many applicants.

Premed at Hopkins is a tough admit. I don’t know how major driven Brien and Wash U are, but both are selective schools.

Are you taking AP Calculus BC?

No, AB. I had a 93 the first quarter but messed up the last two tests. Thank you for letting me know. I know I don’t have the best chance (no one does at those schools) but it’s nice to know that it’s not impossible. Thank you.

If you’re applying for stem major it could hurt but if you arent it shouldn’t matter much. Based on what youve shared and assuming no hook your chances should more or less match the % accepted rate at these schools

Thank you! I’m doing stem, but my math grades have been 95+ every other year so hopefully they will understand.
