So I'm currently wanting to apply for Brown Early Decision (Deadline Nov 1) but missed the next ACT test date deadline. I took it once but I want to take it again to increase my chance of getting in. I MIGHT be able to take the test Sept 11th on stand-by (walk in) and I might not. If I don't get in then I have to take the October 23rd test. Is there any chance of my score getting to Brown in time?

Yeah you should be able to seeing as most schools can get your SAT II Subject Tests even if you take them in November.

BUMP

Can I have some more opinions please?
Just so I can feel safe

As long as you choose to automatically have your scores sent to Brown, you should be fine. Check their deadlines page because most colleges post their “recommended” last day to test.

Just tell them that you just took the ACT and tell them you’ll send it in once the score comes in.
