Hi, I'm in AB right now, but im independent studying BC, my teacher lets me independently study the chapter, then take the review and the chapter test. I just finished chapter 7 (Integration techniques) I have series and calculus of parametric and polar functions left.

I plan to finish series by March 26, and parametrics and polar by April 13, which gives me ~3 weeks to review.

Does this seem doable? or should I stick to AB?

Yeah, you have plenty of time. My school teaches BC as a half year course in conjunction with AB, and we learn that material in a little over 3 months of regular class. I did that last year and easily got a 5. There isn’t that much info in BC, but it is very important that you know it well. Get on it now and you should be fine!

Yes it’s definitely achievable. Calc BC is like Calc AB + 1-2 more units. At my school we’ve gone through all of the material already and are learning more stuff/reviewing for AP Test.

I"m re-thinking whether I should take BC. MIght just take AB and self study for BC. Do you guys think BC is harder for a guy that isn’t really good at math?

Yeah, BC would be harder for a guy that isn’t really good at math. However, if you’re smarter than the AB students at my school who doesn’t understand limits and derivatives in the first few days they were introduced, I think you’ll be fine with BC.
