Do I still have to submit my SAT Essay score although the college does not require it?

Hey, guys! I have a question about uploading my test scores. I am applying to colleges that do not require the ACT or SAT Essay score; however, I decided to take the ACT and SAT with essays in order to be safe in the long run if I do decide to apply to a school that requires them.
I ended up obtaining a 34 ACT score with a 10 on the essay and a 1470 SAT score with a 14 on the essay.
Will my 14 SAT Essay score affect my college admissions, even if I have a 10 ACT Essay Score?
The schools that I am applying to also allow you to self-report your scores. Therefore, if the SAT essay score will affect my chances, can I simply report my composite SAT score but not the essay score on my Common App?

Thank you for your answers in advance; I really appreciate it!

@don6321 The ACT is a better score across the board. Why don’t you just send/report the ACT and not the SAT? There are very few schools that require you to send all SAT AND all ACT results. If you happen to be applying to one of these schools, then yes, you should report the entire result, including the essay score.

@mamaedefamilia I would have just sent in my ACT score; unfortunately, my counselor reported my ACT and SAT scores on my transcript and sent in my school report. However, he said that my school never enters the essay scores on the transcript for some reason, so that was why I was wondering if I had to report my essay scores if I did not like them.
Would there be any way for my counselor to update my transcript and remove my scores altogether? I feel as if there has to be some way to update transcripts for other reasons such as updating grades / adding new test scores, so I can only imagine that he can update my transcript for this reason also.
