From what I know, you put all your scores. I believe adcoms will help you recalculate your SAT scores into a composite score.

I'm sure the Adcoms at JHU can do addition...

He wants to know if he can put different scores from different sittings that is, a verbal from one testing session and a math from another...

On the application we request the following for Standardized Testing Information:

You include the date of the exam, and the scores on each section for that date. This is true of SAT Reasoning, SAT Subject, TOEFL, AP/IB, and ACT. If you will be taking an exam then all you need to do is include the date. Yes, we will look at your highest scores on each section, but for the application we want to see everything.

Do note, that what you put on the application is self-reported and in no way treated as official. You must have official test scores sent by your high school or appropriate testing service.

its so cool having a rreal johns hopkins admission officer in the CC

is it okay to list my 2nd testing and 3rd testing on the SAT portion of the application and just not include my 1st testing since I did worse on every section on my first testing?

I know my first testing will show up on the official report, but is it still okay to just opt it out since it won't help anyways?

fastfingers - since, as I mentioned, the SAT portion of the application is self-reported so you can list what ever you choose there. We are still going to see your first exam scores as they will come with the official report of all of your standardized testing.

Ditto to what Bassmaster said.

much appreciated Bassmaster and Shark_bite. I guess only CC members with "sea/ocean/fishing-related" names enjoy my posts.
