Is doing both Calc I and Calc II in summer really intense and should I just stick to just Calc I? Or are both manageable?

Edit: I'll also have to juggle Calc with a research job (~20 hrs/week), preparing for the SAT, tutoring job (2x a week), and perhaps another job as well.

Both are manageable. You’re TRUFFLIEPUFF, you’ll do just fine.

lol @ preparing for the SAT

Calc II isn’t that much more than Calc I. Just do both.

Geez, TRUFFLIEPUFF, settle down. All of this self-imposed academic pressure is going to drive you to a premature grave.

Just do Calc 1. Jeez.

I skipped Calc I and I am doing fine in Calc II. A lot of people tell me that they wish they had done the same. Calc II is not too bad. You could probably handle it.

Ok thanks a93 and everybody else who actually helped

You’re welcome Jiggles

^^You’re welcome!

Did you take the December SAT, truffpuff?

Lol puggly.

no i didnt take the December SAT PJ

So what is your incentive for taking both Calculus I and II over the summer?

I dont have to wake up for a 0 period in Jr and Sr year and I can take Graduate Economics classes at the local CSU and UC.

its a class that occurs before the first period of the regular schedule…like normally everyone’s 1st period is like at 7:30, but the 0 period is at 6:30…0,1,2,3,etc

Whoa. And that’s the only time calculus is offered? That sucks.

Nawj ust forBC it is. But for AB, which im supposed to take next year, it wont fit into my schedule with the other classes I am taking so I have to take a 0 period

In that case, I guess it makes sense for you to take it over the summer. That really sucks though. I’d hate to be that busy during break…
