<p>Yes, all undergrads need to take all of the GIRs (general institute requirements). This includes 2 semesters of physics and calculus, and 1 each of biology and chemistry, as well as 8 HASS (humanities, arts, and social sciences) classes.</p>
<p>If you look up the requirements for a degree in course 18 (math), this will be on the page. MIT Google is good for finding general information about the school.</p>
