Do me a favor and chance me please

I am an African American male attending a top all boys Jesuit high school in the Bronx. I think I have the stats necessary but I need other opinions. BU and NU are my top choices because they are very good school in a large metropolis.

ECs: JV and Varsity soccer (9-12) Kawaida Club(9-10) Greek club (9-12) Student Life Committee(11-12) Film Club (12) Summer job at Harlem School of the Arts, and 80+ hours of community service.

Please tell me how my odds are looking. Thanks in advance.

Your ECs seem average at best. I don’t see that much of a focus.

Honors are definitely rigorous courses but your school didn’t offer AP classes?

Plus, what exactly is NU? Northeastern? Both BU and NU (whatever that is) seem to hold AP in high esteem.

If so, here’s my verdict:

Northeastern: Match (if you can churn a great essay you have a better chance)
BU: Match (extracurriculars are disadvantaging you)

thanks soccer takes most of my time out if school. I only took AP Bio sophomore year, wjich I got a 4 on.

Yea NU is northeastern. Many call it NEU.

What about chances for: upenn, boston college, cornell, george washington, and georgetown?
