<p>I currenttly attend a community college and plan on transferring as a junior next year. I have a 4.0 and have done a lot of e.c.'s but will med-schools look down upon my application because I went to a community college for 2 years?</p>

<p>As far as I understand, CC isn't going to completely ruin your chances at medical school acceptance. However, do not take any or take as few of your pre-reqs for medical school at CC. Some medical schools say flat out that they will not accept pre-req coursework or "strongly discourage" pre-req coursework being done at a CC. If you find yourself in that position make sure you research individual admission requirements at the schools you plan on applying to.</p>
