What is the amount of the income needed to be in the top 25%. They never give the dollar amounts.
Kiplingers article from 2013, http://www.kiplinger.com/article/taxes/T054-C000-S001-your-rank-as-a-taxpayer.html, has top 25% income as over 75K. I doubt anyone making 75K considers themselves rich. The data was based on 2013 data from the IRS.
