Do most universities accept admissions from younger alumni relatives?

do alumni-focused universities manifest themselves? Like if a guy has really good grades at a specific university and his brother decides to apply there eventhough he doesn't really have grades that are good enough to be accepted in that school, will this brother get accepted?
I am just asking because I started wondering about this and how admissions can be pretty unfair, although I do wish I had an older bro/sis at the same time haha

No

Even the most legacy based schools only use the legacy as a small factor. Can it be enough to push you over if you are on the edge? Yes. Can it push you up the cliff and over the edge? No.
