Do my EC's make up for my poor grades/scores? - help!

I'm a junior and the pressure is surely on to be looking at colleges and trying to be perfect; of course, I'm hoping for great schools (Northwestern particularly), but are they way out of reach?

Here's me, in summary:

IB student
GPA w/uw: 4.8/5.0
Rank: 28/~560 (top 5%)
SAT: 2000 (r: 680, m: 670, w: 680) (first time, took it without much prep, aiming for ~2200)
ACT: 31 (aiming for 32-33)
SAT II: Bio (780) (plan on taking two more)

AP: world history (3 ouch), human geography (5), psychology (5), English literature (5), English lang (predicted 5), apush (predicted 4), microeconomics (predicted 4)

EC's:
4 year varsity cross country, 1 year captain
5 years soccer, 1 year in HS (varsity)
4 years people to people international student chapter, 2 years secretary, 1 year vp
2 years language arts academic games, 2 years treasurer, 2 years 2nd place in county team
2 years DECA, 2 years secretary
3 years Habitat for Humanity school chapter, 1 year build day coordinator, 1 year vp
NHS
Spanish NHS
Social studies NHS
Paid internship at local top real estate company, 1 year so far, blogging/marketing/social media

Any help means so much, thank you!

Also, if these even matter, forgot to add: trilingual (Cantonese, English, Spanish; in order) and first generation.

Is Ivy even a possibility…?

1) Your academic(school) stats are fine. Stop stressing yourself.
2) Improve your ACT, forget about improving your SAT.

Northwestern - Reach
Ivy - Reach/High Reach

@clp7198 you shouldn’t have to take the SAT a second time, and your academic stats are brilliant.

Northwestern - low reach
Ivy’s: high reach
