<p>Do New York University Tisch students walk across the stage at the Tisch Salute?</p>
<p>When my D graduated from Tisch and we attended the Tisch Salute which was held at the theater that is inside Madison Square Garden, the Tisch graduates marched in across the stage to their seats and it was possible to see your own child that way. But there is NO handing out of diplomas or reciting of graduates’ names (though they are listed in the program). And then we also attend the NYU full commencement on the second day at Yankee Stadium and again, no diplomas but one graduate from every program/school accepts a diploma on stage on behalf of the graduates of that program. Diplomas are then mailed.</p>
