About my GPA, Freshmen and Sophomore year I didn't realize the importance of doing well in school. Junior year I completely turned that around and have been doing everything I can to maintain A+'s in my classes, because I know that it is possible for me.

What I am looking for: I want to go to college for premed and then get a better GPA in college to hopefully get into a better Medical School(Will they look at my High school GPA?). I am interested in Biology, Chemistry and Math. If you could suggest some colleges or anything else that can help with this process it will be greatly appreciated.

I am just wondering if you can list some colleges that may be possible for me to get into. Thank you.

There are a great many schools who will see and appreciate the way you’ve turned around your attention to your academics. You’ll probably get good recommendations, and you have a lot of proof of your potential in your ACT score and your ECs. So stop beating yourself up. What’s done is done, and, frankly, you’re far from alone in not doing well your first years of high school. I suggest that next you enter your scores and other preferences into the SuperMatch, whose button is in the column on the left. Play around with the options and see what kind of schools are suggested. You also need to determine now what your family will be able to provide towards your education. Sit down with your parents and ask for a number you can count on to search for colleges you will be able to afford.

You’d probably get good merit aid at Goucher and Earlham; your GPA is a bit low for them but your ACT is likely to make it up somewhat so look into St Olaf (very strong in the sciences).
Coming from a Catholic school, you can look into UScranton, UDayton, UDenver, UPortland, USanDiego…

The vast majority of American colleges will see that ACT score and admit you immediately. Your GPA is perfectly respectable - I presume that your weighted GPA is in the 4.0 range, given your courseload. I’d recommend choosing one or two reaches wisely. Vanderbilt and Washington University are known for preferring high scorers, so they are better choices than the Ivies. I think you can almost certainly get into Tulane, and probably receive a hefty scholarship. My son got in with a 3.3-3.4 unweighted GPA (4.0-ish weighted) and a 31 ACT; he didn’t get a scholarship. Apply to a pretty broad spectrum, especially if you are hoping for a merit scholarship, but don’t despair. Outside of a handful of ultra-elite colleges, your prospects are very solid.
