Do not send transcripts or letters of recommendation unless specifically requested?

<p>On my UC Application, it says
"Do not send transcripts or letters of recommendation unless specifically requested by a campus."
I am applying as a freshman for UC Berkeley, and I have not asked for a transcript request to my counselor. This was the only application that did not ask for high school transcript, so I was wondering if I am supposed to send anyway or not for Berkeley.</p>

<p>Don’t send them in. If you get admitted, then you send them in, and then they check if you lied in your application.</p>
