<p>I can’t tell how genuine you were when writing that but if you’re still seriously categorizing people into labels like “nerd” and “jock” you’ll have to let that go. As you progress through college you’ll find that these terms become less and less relevant. </p>
<p>What you need to focus on now is seriously finding out what you want to do career-wise. Personally I think computer science is a fascinating field with lots of potential- as long as you’re willing to keep up with it, as computer technology is always changing.</p>
<p>As far as girls are concerned- any girl that “judges” you by your major isn’t worth it at all. I’d also wager that girls like that are very few.</p>
<p>College and the real world are very very different than high school. My advice- let go of things like “nerds” “jocks” and labels. Focus on your interests, aptitudes, passions and your career. You don’t have to be worried about others judging you on these things.</p>
