My D has already taken the ACT & did fairly well. She plans to take it again in Oct, but also wants to take the SAT & two SAT subject tests. Since neither of us are as familiar with the SATs, we're not sure how they're usually taken. Do most students take them all on the same day, or on separate days? If they are taken on the same day, how much time does it take? Since one of the subject tests she plans to take is French, would it be better to take the SAT in October & then both the subject tests in November so she can take French with listening? She doesn't plan to apply ED anywhere. Thanks in advance for your advice!

you cant take them on the same day.
either SAT reasoning
or up to 3 SAT subject tests. not a combo though

zfox001 is absolutely correct.

zfox is right

Each subj test is an hour and the SAT usually takes more than 4 hours.
So she should take French in Nov since that is the only month with listening
