Due to some circumstances at the time (it doesn’t even matter) I did bad on the PSAT and got a 1400. I ended up getting a 34 on the ACT, which is much better. Do top elite colleges really care about the PSAT when you showed more promise in the ACT or SAT? Thanks for your input! You can read my chance thread if that’ll help at all also.
@10s4life Could you by chance look at my chance thread and see if being a National Merit scholar would even help in my case? Also should I even tell top colleges that I got commended?
No college cares, I agree. I don’t think they’d ever see the score.
There is no way for a college to see your PSAT score.
Even if you get NMS or commended it carries literally no weight
