Do Recommendations Have to State Which College I'm Using Them For?? [URGENT]

<p>Okay, my teacher who's writing a recommendation for me is wondering if she needs to make the recommendation she wrote for me specific to each college I am applying to.</p>

<p>Basically should she say:
"I highly recommend Neal Kemp for your university"
or
"I highly recommend Neal Kemp for Stanford University"
or
does it really matter?</p>

<p>Note: I'm doing CommonApp</p>
