Does anyone know the answer to this?
Lets say I'm applying to a more difficult major, like business at usc, and then my second choice is economics, which is less competetive.
If I don't get into business, do they really strongly take into account my second choice, or since I picked it second, would they give others the chance to get in before me, if they had picked it first?
Does anyone know any thing about this or had anyone been accepted to their second choice major? At USC or anywhere else?

Thanks so mu h for reading and your opinion/insight!
