Drop the sign afte the letter grade?
For example,
A- = A
B- = B
B+ = B
etc.?

And colleges see little difference between A- and A+ or B- and B+ except for the most competitive ones like Amherst..</p>
<p>Several universities explained that they drop the -'s and +'s when they calculate the gpa's. carolyn has explained that each university does things their own way, and there appear to be numerous ways to do it. This is just one of the many.</p>
