Do Stanford have strong preference for transfer applicants from California colleges?

<p>Sounds like Stanford do have some preference for CA colleges(except USC). </p>

<p>Any other OOS transfer applicant got into Stanford here?</p>

<p>^^^The preference is for 2-yr, public CCCs, USC is a private, 4 yr college.</p>
