Do supplement essays change?

<p>Does Columbia's supplement essays/questions change year to year or do they stay the same (letter-for-letter or as a general idea)? </p>

<p>I realize that Columbia is switching to the Common App next year and that that may change things, but would you still bet that the supplement is going to feature the same prompts?</p>

<p>I'm a rising senior hoping to get a head-start on college essays, which is why I ask.</p>

<p>Here is the 2009-2010 application with the essays/questions at page 14:

<p>Thanks, do you happen to know the word/character limits of the Columbia questions seperate from the main essay?</p>

<p>i don’t, some folks have known this and posted before on here, but with columbia moving to common app, this may change.</p>
