Okay, so I took the SSAT back in January 7th and I just recieved my scores. I got a 90 percentile in verbal, an 85 percentile in math, and a 70 percentile in reading. So bad. My overall score, however, was a 87 percentile, which I know is okay. But do they look at the entire thing, or each section individually? Thanks.

I think the 70 percentile is gonna hurt a bit, since it looks better if you have all 80%+. But I can’t speak for them, of course.

From what I understand it is the composite score. And if it makes you feel any better there were a lot of people–actual good students-- at my school who just BOMBED the reading section (as in the teens). Check in after March 10 on that one.
