The starting point is at the Rutgers Student Center in College Ave. Let's say I take the bus at Rockoff Hall and I want to get to the Rutgers Student Center so I can get on the LX. Would there be a bus that goes counterclockwise to the Rutgers Student Center from Rockoff? Because there is no way I'm going to get by 13 stops for me to get to a bus I can transfer to. So I was wondering if every bus has a counterclockwise route like regular NJ transit buses

If you wanted to go between Rockoff and the Rutgers Student Center you would take the EE. That bus goes between the College avenue campus and the Cook/Douglass Campus on George Street.

^Where would I get off if I want to get to the Student Center from Rockoff? I need to get to the Student Center so I can take the LX at the Student Center that goes to Livingston since there are no buses that go from Rockoff to Livingston, according to all the schedules. But like I asked in my post, I was wondering if there is a bus that goes counter-clockwise.

Looking at the schedule, it goes: Rutgers Student Center -> Scott Hall -> Train Station -> Rockoff Hall.

Is there a bus that would go Rockoff Hall -> Train Station -> Scott Hall -> Rutgers Student Center?

I got that backwards. From Rockoff you would get on the EE bus at the Liberty Street bus stop, go to the Student Activities Center or the Rutgers Student Center and catch the LX from there.
