Do the "intended majors" on the Commonapp have to match those of the supplements?

Various supplements ask you for intended fields of study.

Not all schools have the same majors. So if I were to vary the majors between the schools, is that okay?

Like, if I were to say on my commonapp that theater, dance, and mathematics were my intended majors

and then say theater, folk studies, and civil engineering were my majors on college X's supplement---even though they do offer dance (but maybe not mathematics), is that okay?

or will they look at the commonapp's intended majors and then compare the two, realize they aren't the same, and just assume you are lying / far too uncertain about your interests?

What happens if you just put "undecided" for everything? Will that look really bad?

Arent there 3 choices for majors?
I put business for #1 and econ for #2 b/c some schools have business and some dont.

Pretty sure that's fine...on the common app I wrote down "history" as my major but wrote down a different major on the supplement of the school I'm now attending. I was actually worried about this and checked with my guidance counselor who said it was fine -- schools understand that your choice of major can vary from school to school, based on the schools' available departments and strengths!
