I am applying as a transfer, but I was accepted to the UCs I applied during my senior year of high school. So, will the UCs know that when you apply again? Does it help you or it practically doesn't matter?

good point but i dont know

They don’t care what you did in high school.

They don’t care, I got into a school as a freshman that I’m applying to now also :(

As far as I know, they do know. If you were accepted as a freshmen, there is a high chance you will get in now.

The answer is no. There’s completely different admission criteria for freshman, so it’d be inappropriate to do so. Also, just anecdotally there are still people that get rejected after being admitted in high school. Your admission is completely dependent on your college performance. They don’t pull up your information from your high school application to take into consideration, so it has no effect.

thats made up, i applied to schools as a transfer that I got into as a freshman but not as a transfer…
