Do the units of planned courses in UC App (transfer) count toward the unit caps of my junior status?

So I am having my 2nd year in Foothill College and I have submitted my UC 2014 Fall Application. Here’s my problem. I have taken 76 quarter units in Foothill and I am taking 34 this Winter Quarter (Foothill and De Anza). I knew that up to 105 quarter units can be transferred for credit, but I just didn’t know that there was a max that if exceeded it might put me in danger of my junior standing. I just found this-
http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/counselors/files/uc-transfer-maximum-limitation-policy-chart.pdf

So including this quarter I will have taken 110 quarter units in total. But the thing is that I foolishly indicated 26 units (planned) for my last quarter (2014 Spring) in Foothill and De Anza. So altogether it will be 136 which is not really a good thing since I could be considered a senior standing and some UCs might reject my application because of this. So what should I do?

Are you sure you calculated the units correctly? I don’t think it’s possible to take 34 units in a quarter. That would mean you’re taking about 8 classes a quarter?

Yes I’m 200% sure I calculated the units correctly. It’s 7 classes in total.
