Playing sports outside of school with friends, tutoring peers/helping them with hw, after school fashion group with a supervising fashion teacher, drawing/painting people, playing piano/guitar, and blogging? I ask because none of these are actually ''official'' so can I include these on my college app?

If you’re really into that kind of stuff and you can brag about it, do so.

If it matters to you, then certainly list them as EC.

None of that really stands out. But tutoring should fall under volunteering which is good.

Thanks everyone I wasn’t sure if I should include those or not.
@ucorbust1 I’m sorry I haven’t saved children in poverty or discovered the cure for cancer, I guess I should get started on that.

I’m not trying to be condescending. If you are honestly passionate about them then include them. But if you’re looking to include something just for the sake of having something on the app, it’s not going to help much. It just kinda sounds like the latter but I could be wrong. I’ve been wrong many times before.
