<p>i’m sorry if i sound rude, but did any of you not notice it being mentioned on the cornell university website itself? the financial aid application states that it is need blind for internationals. i mean, it IS a very important factor for further study in the US, at least for me, and is something I would check up on before doing anything else.</p>
