Do these universities provide full FA for Int'ls?

<p>I had started a thread on this last month on the Cornell forum:</p>

<p>Not very helpful, given the many contradictory replies, and even on this thread, there seems to be no reliable or definitive source. </p>

<p>The Cornell website is intriguingly vague about this - if it was need-blind, shouldn’t it be advertising it boldly, to draw more international applicants? The one vague statement on the financial aid form is really not sufficient proof to assume anything.</p>

<p>Don’t blindly believe everything you read on Wikipedia. It’s a lot like CC, in the sense that much of the information on the site is written by uninformed and over-enthusiastic people.</p>
