Do they accept community college dual enrollment credit?

Same as topic. I want to take some classes at an accredited community college, for dual enrollment and I'd like to know if NYU accepts it. Even if it accepts only the credit not the grade, thats fine. I would like to know their policy about that.

I'm from Florida, by the way.

I'm not sure, it may depend upon the school you went to. But I have been told I could do two years at community college (BCC)(saving tons of $$$$) and then get into NYU.

Yeah, NYU is my dream school but I'm not applying there. I want to do 2 years at another university, including some community college credits and then transfer to NYU.
But, if anyone knows a sure answer to my question, please let me know!

I transferred into NYU-Tisch as a junior, and the school excepted every single credit from my community college, including a good deal of my theatre related courses, which I did not expect.

the key may be earning an associates degre, most schools will take all credits if you have the degree, otherwise, they pick through them, jaquen, did you get your degree? just curious

I finished the credit requirements for a degree, but I never went through the application process to get it. So technically, no, NYU took my credits without the cushion of an Associate's Degree.

nice, it can be done
