Do they ALWAYS assume your parents save money for college?

I stated in my last post that i can’t use my state flagship[UW] as my safety.
My private schools = easy to get into, but difficult to pay for.
UW = hard to get into, but easy to pay for.</p>

<p>WSU is my absolute safety.</p>
