Do They Check Your Transcript?

@ <a href="http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/apply/pdf/APP0607_Form_Freshman.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/apply/pdf/APP0607_Form_Freshman.pdf</a></p>

no where, does it say to attach your transcript. in fact, it says NOT to attach one.

You self report your grades on the app, and then they will ask you to send your transcript in AFTER you're accepted, due July 15 I believe. And if the courses/grades you reported on your app doesn't match with your transcript, then you're pretty screwed.

It saves them a lot of time and paperwork.

But I mean, do they both sheets HAVE TO MATCH? For example, I failed a class but am planning on retaking it over the summer. Do I put the retaken course (which is what they consider GPA wise) or both?

u gotta tell them about it.. obviously
If they didnt HAVE to match, I can send 4.0 , A A A A A while its actually not that..

If you retake a course and it changes what u sent earlier, please email the colleges and inform them of your situation an dupdate their file

Let's say I have 5 A-, 20 A, and 8 A+. Do I have to say the A-'s, or can I just do A A A A A A A A A A A.

I could be wrong, but I don't think pluses and minuses matter on the application, because they ultimately don't matter when calculating your GPA. Can someone verify this?

yes that is true ozphactor

go BERKELEY!

thats good news
