i just got my decision from Yale, i was accepted

however i was rejected by Williams and Dartmouth, and i'm also an international student

my question is:

do they ever make mistakes with notifying applicants online? b/c i have to reply to a major scholarship in my own country within the week, and my snail mail might not arrive in my country in time.

if they never make mistakes, then i can happily reject my scholarship in my own country.

is it possible that my decision is wrong, that i actually wasn't accepted?

i am serious...it's just like a dream! i don't want to reject my scholarship in my own country and then find out im not accpeted at yale

yihan: On behalf of the admissions committee, I am sorry to inform you that there was a terrible mistake. The acceptance was actually to be sent to another applicant whose name was also yihan zhu. But now that you are already in the Yale Daily the adcom has decided to accept you after all. We are also admitting the other yihan zhu, of course. However, just to avoid confusion among your classmates, we ask that you voluntarily change your name before you arrive.
