<p>Transfer applicants are judged primarily on their success in college courses. High school transcripts will play a small to nonexistant role in the admissions process (unless you apply as a sophomore transfer, in which case they will be more important). Along with the dean's report, your school will probably send Penn a profile including information such as the courses it offers. It is not your responsibility to provide this information.</p>
